1. Have Breakfast
Breakfast is important for so many reasons, first it improves your metabolism and also it stops you from over-eating later. Study proves that adults who do breakfast, are good in work if they are in office or any other sort of effort they made, and kids also do well in their study. If you are unable to eat a proper breakfast then drink juice with a piece of fruit but don't skip it.

2. Drink Plenty Water
Drinking Water is very useful for us, the main benefit is it keeps us stay hydrated and also it helps you to lose weight. You also need to know about the fact that the water contains Sugar (Like Coke,Pepsi) is not suitable for drink because it improves the possibility of having type 2 Diabetes. If you don't like to drink plain Water then add flavor with slices of Orange, Lemon, Lime, Watermelon, or Cucumber.

3. Do Regular Exercise
Laziness is the worst enemy of us, get up and move your muscle. Do some lunges and stretches. It's good for body and mind. Also walking of 20 to 30 minutes 5 or 6 day a week also helps to stay fit and energizes your body. Yoga is also an important asset for health it improves your immune system and help in increasing concentration power.

4. Go Offline
Now a day everybody is online, means somebody checking its Facebook,like, comment, status update and also do sort of stuff on various social networking sites all the time when they become free. Now it's time to go offline, keep aside your phone and laptop for a while. The main reason for doing this is it frees you to do other things which is very necessary for a life which we are living.Take a walk, read a book, help your family for household work.
